Fox Head Europe is recruiting for the position of Content Coordinator to join the eCommerce department. This job will be based in Barcelona, Spain in El Prat de Llobregat.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:This position is responsible for supporting our ecommerce business by efficiently presenting our complete product divisions in the most efficient, attractive and informative way. This means ensuring all product content is complete and optimized for transacting by collecting, organizing and providing feedback on key product attributes, images, and all digital assets that bring added value to the expression of our brand, sports, athletes and product ranges. This position will be responsible for online content setup including copy writing, translations as well as assisting with managing the customer facing experience on the site.
Manage product information from the item to category level and enrich our content systems with all tags, attributes & assets.Reinforce our visibility by managing all translations of our collections and brand content.Run routine analysis to understand the performance of products across different channels and use the findings to optimize existing processes and builds.Creating product content including product descriptions and storytelling.Generating SEO rich content.Write copy for online marketing ads.Assisting with merchandising product on site.Troubleshooting and fixing product setup issues on site.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Experience extracting, cleaning, and manipulating data/content.Ability to learn quickly and flexibility to adapt to changing processes and responsibilities.Ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy to meet tight deadlines.Self-starter who takes the initiative to improve processes; experience working as an individual contributor and team player.Excellent written communication skills.Fluency in Excel including knowledge of advanced formulas and techniques.Bachelor's degree preferred.Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills - able to work effectively with multiple cross-functional and cultural teams.Copywriting experience and creative writing abilities.Ecommerce platform experience on SFRA a plus.Fluency in English & 2 other languages (French, German, Italian).PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Extremely deadline oriented.Attention to detail, Results focused.Ability to plan and collaborate across functions and influence indirect resources.Ability to work both independently and as a team player.JOIN US:Fox Head Europe is a fast-growing company that continues to push limits, defy boundaries and pursue continuous innovation.
