You will be working in a continuously challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to your own international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the Accounting Officers, assisting them in their priorities and helping them to grow and learn.
Responsibilities:Register all entries in the accounting process.Calculate relevant accounting entries.Prepare import files to be uploaded in ERP.Maintenance of control sheets for entries' calculations.Tax CompliancePrepare transfer orders or coordinate with Back-Office to initiate the process.Statutory Reporting SupportAudit AssistancePrepare invoice first draftsManage physical and virtual files of the team's portfolio based on the agreed standardsSend basic electronic correspondence to clients (invoices, bank statements, etc.)Participate in the population of department control sheets.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Finance, business or related disciplines.At least 1 year of experience in a similar positionConsolidated experience in accounting.Medium English level (Spoken and written)Excellent written and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office packageStrong team-playing skillsQuick-learning and flexibility towards changing environmentsExcellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environmentWhat's in for you: As we have mentioned before, in TMF our people are very important and that is why we want to finish this showing what we can offer you as a company.
