Within CO&I, the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business.
The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects.

In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.The Data Center Development (DCD) Construction Superintendent MEP role will provide leadership of all field-related Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) system mission critical activities and coordinate with DCD Construction Project Manager (CPM), Consultants, OFCI Vendors, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and other project stakeholders for proper execution.The MEP Construction Superintendent is ultimately responsible for:the complete project delivery of the MEP scope for each site location, including commissioning.ensuring that each project meets the Data Center Development (DCD) guidelines and standards, which may be adjusted from time to time based on best practices and lessons learned drawn from previous projects as well as industry-changing best practices.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
