Within CO&I, the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business.
The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects.

In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.The Data Center Development (DCD) Construction Superintendent CSA role will provide leadership of all field related Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) infrastructure mission critical activities and coordinate with DCD Construction Project Manager (CPM), Consultants, OFCI Vendors, General Contractors, Subcontractors and other project stakeholders for proper execution.The CSA Construction Superintendent Is Ultimately Responsible For the complete project delivery of the CSA scope for each site location, including commissioning.ensuring that each project meets the Data Center Development (DCD) guidelines and standards, which may be adjusted from time-to-time based on best practices and Lesson Learned drawn from previous projects as well as industry changing best practice.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.

Hold the GC, OFCI Vendors and Subcontractors accountable to Quality Control requirements as set forth and agreed upon in their Contract PEP.Weekly audit on the QA/QC documents and COMPASS implementation.Organisation Management: Lead and manage MEP teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and subcontractors
