.Job Description:A vacancy for a Repair Services Jr. Technical Coordinator has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Madrid. The successful applicant will join the service material department to support the growth and profitability increase of our Component Repair Services.Tasks:Provide value engineering expertise to component repair quotations received from suppliers, industrial partners, and/or internal parties, for all Military Transport A/C.Coordinate Materiel Services deliverables & contributions necessary for Procurement negotiations and strategy set-up, i.E., Demand forecast.Extend, explore and exploit the existing collaboration practices to the spare parts business.Provide to Procurement business priorities for negotiation and Supplier development. Develop a sustainable and scalable collaboration framework for the Transport Military Aircraft perimeter.Preparation of Scope of Work documents (SOW) describing components and associated repair requirements to be included in tenders to suppliers.Providing technical/repair expertise assistance to the Procurement and Quality department during commercial negotiation and in long-term strategic actions with repair stations to improve performance and costs.Support in preparation of answers to customer requests and data for negotiation with customers, securing Airbus interests in front of the repair stations network.Component Repairs Centre of Competence Reference to the definition of ISS (In Service Support) Solution set up. Validate the relevant ISS Offers Component Repairs chapters in coordination with CPO (Customer Program Office) and Local Entities.Technical representative in the MFT (Multi Functional Team), responsible for developing the Component Repairs subcontracting solutions for all Military Transport A/C.Develop as required technical improvement plans for suppliers in coordination with all services involved.Support the study and development of new internal repair capabilities in Airbus DS.Secure availability of components and equipment repairs cost database based on historical data, benchmarking, and technical advisors. Develop Repairs catalogues for customers based on this data.Build and secure necessary technical expertise on Component Repair Services to be able to define the most suitable strategy on the associated services for every equipment, and deploy it together with the Procurement community.Required skills:As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:University degree in Engineering.
