Collaborating closely with the SoMe Manager and the Social Media Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in positioning ERIKALUST as a global leader in revolutionizing the adult film industry for the better.
Your work will champion ethical production and consumption of adult cinema, promoting diversity and inclusivity while celebrating a progressive vision of sexuality and pleasure.

ROLE DESCRIPTION - Create content plans based on the strategy for our brand's social networks.
- Actively participate in social listening, outbound engagement and new content proposals to better reach our SoMe goals.
- Creative copywriting (adapting to each target and platform.)
- SoMe content posting and scheduling.
- Edit videos to generate engagement on SoMe (intermediate video editing skills.)
- Community management and monitoring of each platform: comments, DMs, requests, incidents, etc.
- Influencer research and outreach.
- SoMe coverage of events & shootings (flexible schedule is required.)
- Support in the design of content pieces for SoMe.
- Analysis and reporting of content plans.
REQUIREMENTS - Languages: Native English (this is mandatory), Spanish advanced - Degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications and marketing within company departments or agencies.
- Proficient in social media communication with strong skills in social listening and audience engagement.
- Well-versed in current social media and digital trends.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Super proactive attitude and creative mindset.

- Knowledge of SoMe management tools.
- Knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
