Hello!At Itnig, we're searching for a Head of Community Engagement & PR to help elevate our brand and community engagement to the next level. You'll play a key role in promoting and contributing to the entrepreneurial ecosystem we're passionate about.The RoleYou will support and grow various aspects of our business, including coworking, events, podcasts, and community outreach. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a thriving community of entrepreneurs.What will you be doing:Be in charge of the coworking sales of the big accounts.Act as the primary point of contact for community members, responding to inquiries and fostering relationships within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Assist in podcast production, including scheduling guests, promoting episodes, and organizing live podcast events.Organize and manage our community of founders with quarterly events.Coordinate internal and external events for our community, including workshops, networking sessions, and meetups. Manage event logistics, from venue setup to speaker coordination and guest lists.Be in charge of all Itnig communication channels. Be the owner of our weekly newsletter. Develop promotional materials and event-related content that align with Itnig's brand, ensuring consistency with messaging and branding across all communication channels.Identify and develop relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and stakeholders. Manage collaborations that add value to the podcast, coworking space, and events.Stay updated on industry trends and be present at relevant events and communities.Your Profile? You are a curious, fast learner.? Experience related to entrepreneurship, startups, venture capital, or a similar role in a high growth company.? Strong relationship building skills. You're able to build bonds with all the stakeholders of the entrepreneur community, from venture capital firms to the entrepreneur who just started.? You have exceptional problem-solving skills - you have demonstrated the ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and execute them.? You are a self-starter and have a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.? You are organized and have a genuine interest in podcasts and media.? You are a strong communicator and are comfortable working with teams across the organization (from C-level to teams in the frontline).? You have a sales profile and experience in sales.
