Commercial And Plant Services Staff Associate Spain

Located in Logroño plant, the incumbent will provide support to other departments with all administrative commercial tasks and other plant services.Main missions and results:Provides administrative support to the Plant and Commercial team.Maintains records of prices and terms negotiated.Responds to internal inquiries about vendors and pricing.Follows up on negotiated settlements regarding price changes and contracts.Assists local Business Management and Financial Department in ensuring correct prices are in the systems.Follows up on tooling program cycle life (Tool tagging & scrapping).Frequent contact with others outside the work group.Answers internal and customer queries on the status of sales activities reports, data updates, corrective actions taken, and customer database systems updates.Manages aftermarket sales prices with Business Management support.Records entries and supports in preparing and filing related documentation.Prepares and analyzes monthly reports.Collects data for sales operation activities analysis.Assists customers and visitors when needed.Preferred skills and experience:High School graduate or Further Education in Business Administration Certificate (Formación Profesional Grado Superior en Área de Administración y Gestión).Native Spanish language and 100% fluency in English are a must; German/other language skills are a plus.3 years of experience, preferably in a multinational company.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP).Proactive attitude towards organizational and operational efficiency.Planning and scheduling skills will be utilized to promote and facilitate daily tasks and objectives.
