WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?3–5 years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or campaign management.Hands-on experience in content management systems, campaign execution, and digital asset workflows.Exposure to global or multi-market operations in FMCG or related industries.Technical Expertise: Proficient in HTML, CMS tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris), and digital analytics platforms.Project Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Analytical Abilities: Capability to measure and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder updates.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).Certifications in digital marketing, eCommerce, or project management are beneficial.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Plan, set up, test, and activate global eCommerce campaigns.Support seasonal campaigns and continuously optimize permanent website content.Assist the Digital Commerce Campaigns Activation Team with tasks like portfolio updates and URL testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.Oversee HTML and digital asset management for campaigns, adhering to best practices.Ensure websites are updated with relevant and high-quality content.Create and maintain operational documentation for global and local market teams.Configure and manage HMC (Hybris Management Console) for project success.WHY US?Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
