As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for complex account management, fostering C-Level and Board-level relationships, and driving the adoption of current and new AWS services. This quota-carrying role demands a forward-thinking mindset, a relentless drive to uncover new opportunities, and a proven track record of using technology to deliver impactful solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and cloud adoption within your assigned accountsManage the full sales cycle, including territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity pursuitFoster and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and decision-makersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Solutions Architects and Professional Services, to deliver comprehensive solutionsUnderstand customer business objectives and requirements, and position AWS services to address their needsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospectsManage contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closureProvide exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfactionA day in the life involves strategizing with colleagues, leveraging video conferencing to connect with customers, and driving impactful conversations.
