VHIR offers a vacant position within its Academic Research Organization Unit for a Clinical Research Assistant.
Education and qualifications: Required:Advanced vocational training (CFGS), preferably in AdministrationAdditional training on Clinical Trial AssistantVery good command of Catalan and SpanishDesired:Additional training in Good Clinical PracticeEnglish Level B1 Experience and knowledge:Required:At least 2 years of experience working as a Clinical Trial AssistantIndependence and flexibilityCommunication skills and teamworkDesired:Experience Managing CTIS Platform Main responsibilities and duties:Create and collect all necessary documentation for obtaining the approval of a Clinical StudyIn Clinical trials with drugs, being responsible of creating and manage CTIS application (initial submission; amendment submission; notifications)Contract site managementManagement and follow-up of clinical trial insurance vendorsSet-up and management of the Essential documents of a clinical investigation: Sponsor file, Investigator file, Pharmacy FileSite payments managementSupport to the CRA preparing site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close out visitRegistration and control of the activities for each projectSupport and assistance in the preparation and organization of researchers' meetings.Collaboration in the organization of workshops, seminars and/or courses established by the UnitImplementation of the established procedures (SOPs), and participation, if any, in the preparation and review of SOP in the activities involved Labour conditions: Full-time position: 40h/week.Starting date: 01 January 2025.Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.Contract: Open-ended contract linked to scientific-technical services.
