Role Overview: In line with our firm commitment to training and developing exceptional talent, this person will join our Country Operations Management (COM) area to learn and grow through active collaboration with our team.

Location: Barcelona

Focus Area: COM is the department that manages clinical trials at the country level: identification and selection of sites, submission of dossiers for approval, start-up visits, recruitment and support, quality management and quality issues, monitoring and data cleaning, database lock, and site closure.

Training Through Practical Experience: The functions of the position are oriented to support the COM team in achieving objectives in the clinical studies (start-up, recruitment, closure) according to the necessary deadlines and quality:

Support for remote and in-site monitoring. Support in site preparation tasks for activation. Support the team in evaluating quality metrics. Requirements: Students of Engineering, Health Sciences, etc., with master's degree in clinical trial monitoring / Pharmaceutical Industry. Advanced User Level of Office package and data management tools (i.e. Smartsheets). Organizational and activity-prioritizing skills. Curious, creative, and not afraid to ask.
