As a Clients Manager, you will be at the heart of WEB Caution's development. Your primary mission will be to manage and expand our portfolio of tenants and property owners. The tasks are varied and will be defined together based on the company's challenges and your interests:

- Administratively manage our client portfolio using innovative computer tools for support.
- Manage our call center, including physical reception of clients and business relations.
- Provide feedback from prospects/clients/business relations to contribute to product improvement.
- Participate in various activities organized by the company.
- Establish a trust relationship with real estate professionals to collaboratively create the tools of tomorrow.

Desired Profile:
Bilingual German / French
- Experience in a similar role (insurance - real estate) or not.
- You are bold and not afraid to take the lead.
- You demonstrate tenacity and the determination to delve deeply into matters.
- You learn quickly and can efficiently assimilate new information.
- You are proficient in computer tools.
- You are a true team player.
- Experience in the real estate sector and/or a network of contacts among real estate professionals would be a real plus.

Compensation: Attractive package (fixed + variable) based on profile

Start date: Immediate / to be agreed.
