Client Management Officer (M/F)

We are looking for an experienced customer administration officer in charge of the claims to the clients of the company and accounting treatment.
Responsibilities

Claim of the outstanding debts in coordination with the responsible departments and excellent experience of the client.
Regular reports of the situation of the clients accounts, claims and problems. Also the situation of current projects and improvements.
Documents / Invoices accounting.
Accounted documents checking.
Treasury department support.
Countable closing support and monthly deviation analysis.

Requirements

Degree related with Administration and Finance
5 years minimum experience in recovery and claim management.
Office 365 skills
Social skills with a focussed client view.
Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams.

Languages:

Spanish, bilingual
English, minimum C-1
