STORE MANAGER / ITALIAN SPEAKER MADRID, NEW STORE OPENING ABOUT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive clienteling, CRM and after sale process, developing direct marketing actions towards new clients
- Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives
- Responsible for Stock management, Operations and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure that VM reflects strategy and verifies guidelines execution in store
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years as Assistant store manager or Department manager experience
- Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Understanding of current local market trends and ability to pivot to changing business and market needs
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
- Italian language is a must, Spanish and English also required
