We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Technology Leadership: Craft and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on enhancing ERP and e-commerce systems to improve efficiency in furniture production and sales.
Proactively explore and adopt new technologies that foster innovation and support essential business operations.
System Optimization and Implementation: Identify and implement technologies that streamline operations and provide strategic benefits.
Oversee the enhancement and integration of ERP and e-commerce platforms to meet the demands of furniture production and digital commerce.
Resource Management: Manage the procurement of technology equipment and software, ensuring choices support operational requirements and budget limits.
Maintain robust relationships with IT and production service providers to ensure top-quality resources and support.
Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the company's technological infrastructure, including networks, computer systems, and cloud services, to ensure high performance and reliability.
Guarantee that ERP systems are seamlessly integrated with production processes, enhancing scalability and operational effectiveness.
Industry Trend Analysis: Regularly evaluate technological trends and innovations to determine their utility in enhancing operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
Provide insights on the cost, benefits, and risks associated with new and existing technologies.
Team Coordination and Alignment: Foster strong cooperation and strategic alignment across the Information System, e-commerce and Data, ensuring all technological initiatives support the company's business goals.
Lead M&A; Information System and Technological Infrastructure audits and integrations: Handle audits and integration of technological infrastructures during mergers and acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
Technology Strategy Support: Collaborate with the CEO to define and refine the product strategy, ensuring technological capabilities align with product development and market trends.
Organizational Leadership: Lead the development of an agile organizational structure that supports the strategic goals of the technology department and the company at large.
Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration, setting clear career paths and fostering operational synergy across departments.
Define strategic priorities for Software Quality Assurance and Data Quality Assurance: Establish key objectives for quality assurance in software development and data management, critical for maintaining high standards in product and service offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with customers, partners, and vendors to align technology solutions with user demands and operational needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.
Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential technological risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity standards and data protection laws.
Executive Communication: Serve as the primary technology communicator to the Board of Directors and Executive Management, articulating technological strategies, achievements, and ongoing challenges effectively.
Mentorship and Leadership Development: Mentor senior technology managers and leaders, promoting professional growth within the technology teams.
Cultural Leadership: Champion a company culture that promotes innovation, commitment, customer-centricity, disruptive mindset and sustainability within the technology teams, embodying and advancing the company's values and mission.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization.
Strong strategic and business mindset, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Proven experience leading technology operations in industries reliant on ERP and e-commerce systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and how they can be leveraged to drive business success.
