Your Journey : We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and well-organized Executive Assistant to join our headquarter team in Barcelona. The position provides high-level executive support to the CEO. Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and other members of the executive team, as well as internal and external stakeholders. This involves conveying key messages, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring that communication objectives are met. Maintain efficient two-way communication channels between the CEO and stakeholders. Manage communications to the leadership team regarding meetings, events and gatherings. Oversee special projects and strategic priorities of the organization, ensuring progress according to plan and achievement of established objectives. Keep direction meeting minutes and generate action and follow-up items, ensuring timely execution and completion. Identify and understand the company's priorities and the CEO's strategic focus. Stay informed about key business initiatives and priorities to align support accordingly. Draft presentations, business plans and other documents. Function as a key point of contact for inquiries and issues that arise both internally and externally. Conduct data analysis, research, and report preparation on various issues relevant to the organization, providing key information for strategic decision-making. Organize all logistics for the CEO's meetings. What do you bring to your trip : Excellent spoken and written English & Hebrew (Spanish is a plus) Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Quick learner with demonstrated ability of analyzing and understanding complexities A proactive, collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment Ability to work in high-paced environments Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving Highly organized and methodological Tech Savvy Business mindset Prior administrative or legal experience required Experience in our sector and/or as Executive Assistant in a Law Firm will be valued Olala Perks : Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
