In this role, you will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage company audits, ensure compliance, and maintain key bank relationships, while collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the company's financial strategy and operations. Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financial planning and analysis efforts.Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth, providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal standards, overseeing audits, and preparing financial statements and reports.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory authorities.Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant degrees, MBA preferred.Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, with a strong background in financial management and strategy. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a managerial finance role, with demonstrated expertise in finance-based analysis and interpretation of complex financial data.Experience working internationally, with the ability to adapt to diverse financial environments.Exceptional analytical skills combined with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative financial solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish. Professional oral and written proficiency in both English and Spanish, with a minimum level of C1 in both languages.
