Key Responsibilities :
You will partner with the Change Experience Lead and Project Managers globally to deliver clear, effective communication to support our transformation strategy throughout the organization. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
Implement a streamlined, standardized communication framework across regions, integrate CRM tools, and lead data integration projects while working closely with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Develop and deliver training materials to support organizational change and coach teams on adoption and usage. Monitor adoption metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure success.
Drive global communication initiatives, supporting project managers and leadership with creative content and execution.
Design and manage internal and external newsletters, emails, templates, banners, and presentations. Collaborate with agencies and translation teams to define SLAs and manage budgets.
Oversee the design, development, and traffic management success of the organization's portal.
Create impactful video content and other creative assets to enhance communication efforts.
Requirements :
2-3 years proven experience in communication, change management or a related role.
Strong understanding of CRM tools, communication frameworks, and organizational processes.
Excellent writing and design skills, with experience creating newsletters, banners, and presentations.
Fluency in English at a C2 level.
Advanced skills in Excel and Office Suite, with a keen ability to analyze data and create reports.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
Proficiency in multimedia content creation, including videos and graphics.
Strong analytical skills to monitor adoption metrics and propose corrective actions.
Collaborative mindset, with a passion for engaging diverse stakeholders and driving alignment.
Self-motivated with a strong ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
