We are now looking for a Chief Executive Officer for one of our ventures in the SaaS space.
Responsibilities:Setting company's vision and culture for the years to comeDeveloping high quality business strategies together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectivesPresenting the Company's vision, roadmap and results to shareholders and potential investorsOverseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and missionManaging company's resources to ensure sustainable high-growth in the long runAttracting, retaining and leading the best talentBuilding trust with key partners and stakeholdersReviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvementsMaintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the companyRequirements:Solid experience in fast-growing companies, a top technology consulting firm and or SaaS company.+7 years of experience in the digital industry, having previously held a managing positionPrevious experience in software or SaaS companies is a mustManage competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of financial structure, capital strategy & strategic prioritiesProvide expert guidance to all functional areas, including operations, sales & productExperience in developing profitable strategies and implementing visionOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsAnalytical abilities and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and public speaking skillsMSc/MBA in business administration or relevant fieldPassion for the digital sectorBenefits:ESOP PlanWork within Antai's ecosystem made of serial entrepreneurs who have founded and scaled $1BN+ companies.Relying on an expert and solid teamSeaside offices in Barcelona
