Your main responsabilitiesSetting company's vision and culture for the years to come
Developing high quality business strategies together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap and results to shareholders and potential investors
Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
Managing company's resources to ensure sustainable high-growth in the long run
Attracting, retaining and leading the best talent
Building trust with key partners and stakeholders
Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements
Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Requirements for this positionSolid experience in fast-growing companies, a top technology consulting firm and or SaaS company.
+7 years of experience in the digital industry, having previously held a managing position
Previous experience in software or SaaS companies is a must
Manage competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of financial structure, capital strategy & strategic priorities
Provide expert guidance to all functional areas, including operations, sales & product
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
MSc/MBA in business administration or relevant field
