Cash Collector (French Speaking)

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Cash Collector will be:Contacting and following up daily your customers by phone calls or e-mailsUnderstanding the whole OTC process for better dispute managementUnderstanding the legal and contractual recruitment scopeCoordinating with the Billing Teams to solve invoice-related disputesCollaborating with the Sales Team in negotiations with customersLiaising with the Cash Allocation Team to follow up customers' payments and their correct matchingGiving and keeping visibility to the Sales Team on their portfolio's Collection statusCollaboration on one-off French and European projects (reporting, training, process improvement, etc)Preparing the litigation file for Legal proceduresAchieving monthly personal and team Collection targets around Bad Debt and Cash-in amountsSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are fluent and professional in English and ideally native in FrenchYou are dynamic and organized with a methodical approachYou have good negotiation and communication skills (spoken and written)You can handle a high volume of actions (outbound and inbound calls, payment negotiation, disputes)You are customer-focusedYou are able to work under pressure to attain company objectives and Cash Collection KPIsWhat's in it for you?Permanent contractSalary aligned with your experience and the marketMeal vouchersInternational environment contextCareer opportunitiesStarting date: AsapYour Future Company:An international SSC widely acknowledged as an excellent service provider for companies all over Europe is looking for experts in finance, administration, marketing, IT, HR and recruitment to join their hub in Barcelona.
