The Role Reporting to the general supervisor, maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of maintenance tradespeople. In this role, you will: Lead a team of maintenance tradespeople in a way that sustainably maximizes the use of assets. Ensure processes are followed and work with your team to make improvements as opportunities are identified. Coach and develop a team of problem solvers. Required: Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson certification or a technical diploma in a related discipline. 10 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent. Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft. Recommended: A Saskatchewan supervisory certificate. First aid certificate. Previous working experience using SAP. Conditions of Employment: Substance test.
