Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world.The RoleReporting to the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Mine Process Operator training programs. Utilizing Cameco's Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), you will consult with key stakeholders to develop training curriculum and delivery plans to meet the operation's needs. Using adult learning principles, you will deliver training programs in both surface and underground locations.In this role, you will:Perform all aspects related to the Systematic Approach to trainingCommunicate and collaborate effectively with all departmentsDetermine training requirements and develop and implement training requestsDeliver trainingMaintain attendance/enrollment and recordsRequired:Post graduate degree in training or human resources field along with a background in training and development in a mining environment.
