WHO ARE WE? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Alcaidesa Boutique Hotel **** is a small boutique hotel with a restaurant one year after opening. We are looking for team members who will help us build a new, dynamic and modern brand. In this position, you are Barman / Waiter responsible for providing an impeccable standard of service, taking care of guests' needs and the cleanliness and organization of the bar or restaurant.
WHAT ARE THE DUTIES OF THE BARTENDER?
Professional cocktail, wine and snacks service during opening hours in the Rooftop Bar.
Opening and closing the bar with attention to perfect organization and cleanliness.
Recommending cocktails and having in-depth product knowledge.
Up-selling.
Managing daily reservations. Knowledge of visiting guests, their preferences and needs.
Control of bills and payments.
Attention to detail, taking care of guest amenities as well as order and cleanliness at Rooftop Bar.
Cooperation with Main Restaurant and Reception.
WHAT ARE THE DUTIES OF THE WAITER?
Professional food & wine service during opening hours in the Restaurant.
Opening and closing the Restaurant with attention to perfect organization and cleanliness.
Recommending food & wine and having in-depth product knowledge.
Up-selling.
Managing daily reservations. Knowledge of visiting guests, their preferences and needs.
Control of bills and payments.
Attention to detail, taking care of guest amenities as well as order and cleanliness at the Main Restaurant.
Cooperation with Rooftop Bar and Reception.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 1,600.00€ - 2,300.00€ per month
