We are on a mission to reach new heights by makingspace more accessible, supporting missions that will make us smarter, safer andwealthier.Our purpose is to propel new futures, to enableprogress from space and enrich peoples' lives on Earth, by moving neweconomies, people and world forward.MissionAs part of a small and dynamic team, you will beresponsible for programming through CAD-CAM of various machining machines, aswell as supervising the correct transfer of the program to manufacturing at themachine level.Responsibilities Determine the optimalmachining strategy to manufacture each component.Program CNC machines usingSiemens NX and Hypermill software and solid models provided by engineeringWork closely with theengineering team to provide crucial design input to manufacturing.Knowledge of the toolsnecessary for those operations that involve complex machining, in addition tohaving the capacity and autonomy to design them.Provide support in thecreation of work instructions for use in the workshop, specifying the mostappropriate sequence.Choose the most appropriate tools in addition tocalculating the working conditions.Necessary RequirementsBachelor'sdegree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanicalengineering, or analogous field.+ 7 years of experience programming CNC machines at the machinelevel.+7 years of experience with different types of machines: lathe,3-5 axis machining center, multifunction, etc.+ 5 years of experience programming CNC equipment with CAD/CAMsoftware.Extensive knowledge of machining tools/techniques.Experience with different types of metals: aluminium, stainlesssteel, copper, titanium, alloys with high nickel content, etc.Knowledge of G and M code programming.Extensive knowledge of dimensional and geometrictolerances.Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.Spokenand written English.Predisposition to work at themachine level.Previous experience in the aeronautical sector will bevalued.Experience with Siemens NX, HyperMill and TeamCenterdesired.Knowledgein metrology will be valued.Experience with controls: Fanuc, Heidenhain andOkuma.Teamwork.Stress tolerance.Multitasking.Health & Wellness: We want you to be happy and healthy in body and mind.
