About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Manager position to join our Housekeeping Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel Spa.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Managing effectively the distribution of workload among staff.
General assistance in the day-to-day running of the Purchasing Department.
Sorting and filing correspondence and orders.
Receiving all goods according to the specification stated in the purchase order/request.
Checking prices and extensions on invoices, tallying with those on purchase orders, and addressing price differences with the Purchasing Manager.
Preparing credit requests if necessary.
Filling out a "GRWDN" for goods received without adequate documentation.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: Graduated in ADE or FB in administration or at least 1 year professional course in Tourism.
PMS, Materials controls, or any similar purchasing control system's experience is required.
At least 1 year in a similar job in the hotel industry.
Excellent level of English.
Competent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent communicator at all levels.
Effective organizational skills: able to prioritize tasks and self-manage a demanding workload.
Excellent presentation skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional.
