In 7 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 50 people from 17 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ inAntigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.**JOB MISSION**We're looking for the person who will support the programs team in the implementation and delivery of our entrepreneurship incubation programs in Europe, Africa and Asia regions. This role will be responsible for co-running the incubation program in close collaboration with the Lead Program Manager (benchmarking and researching during program design, recruiting participants to join the programs, support entrepreneurs and mentors on the day to day with their progress in the program, facilitating group chats and sessions, and support in preparing and coordinating closing activities such as events,
impact assessment reporting, etc).**MAIN CONTRIBUTIONS****1) Program Management & Customer Support (80%)**:**_ Program Design & Lunch_**:1. Collaborate with the Program Managers in the operations aspect of designing incubation programs (e.G: region and sector benchmark, design of program timelines or graphic materials to present to clients)2. Support the technical set-up of the incubation platform using our core structure and customizing it for each client (branding, examples, materials,etc)3. Coordinate with our Marketing area to set up the communications package to launch the programs, including the program websites and social media plans for the call for participants.4.
Contribute to the call for participants on the different programs by scouting and recruiting entrepreneurs and mentors and contacting amplifying organizations.5. Coordinate the selection of entrepreneurs and mentors hand in hand with the Program Manager for each new cohort.6. Provide support to our local partners during their training to run their digital/blended incubation programs.7. Assist the Program Managers in the organization and running of online events such as program onboardings, bootcamps, closing calls, etc.8. Support the delivery of the onboardings of our entrepreneurs and mentors.**_Incubation Management_**:1. Manage the "Matching" process in which each entrepreneur gets paired with one or several mentor(s), which includes monitoring the progress of the process and taking action on engaging mentors and entrepreneurs in finding a suitable match.2.
Support Incubation Managers and Program Managers in the follow-up of participants during the program.4. Report any technical issues with the online program to our Tech team and follow up on troubleshooting.5. Track each team's progress during incubation.6. Provide detailed updates about programs' health, participants comments and KPIs to the Bridge team as well as to clients.7. Identify issues quickly and come up with suggestions on how to solve them for the program to run smoothly and provide the desired results.8. Support on feedback and impact assessment surveys collection from participants and traduce learnings to be integrated in the program's impact report.9. Support on the coordination and preparation of the closing events of the programs, such as online demo days or in-person networking events.10.
Participate and assist in the preparation of frequent and closing calls with clients.**2) Operations (20%)**:1. Support the programs team in the creation of new tools and improvement projects needed to scale our internal processes.2.
