Our client, a sustainable and people centric multinational company leader in the chemical industry based in Barcelona, is currently looking for a Supply Transformation Manager to add to theirteam.The main responsibilities and requirements of this role are:Manage Supply Planning transformation program in the BU for Europe.Plan and drive activities to move from current planning procedures to the newly designed planning processes.Develop region planning team capabilitiesAnticipate transformation risks and issues, propose mitigation actions and escalate when appropriate.Ensure a good communication and integration with demand/Bus, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and financeThe Key Accountabilities of this role are:Work on the transformation & continuous supply chain assessment & benchmarking to identify business improvement opportunities, including end to end value stream mapping.Analyze and define business improvements and projects to optimize end to end supply chain performance in OTIF, Cost to serve and working capital (inventory, payables, receivables) for the EMEA RegionCustomer service offer preparation and the translation into replenishment modelsExamples: optimize usage of distribution network and interaction between customer service and planning, e-commerce, route to market, lot sizes, truck ratesSupport delivering regional supply chain KPIsSecure and develop a collaborative partnership with key stakeholderManage project scope, timelines, bring good deliverablesAnd who you'll be?University Education with at least 6 years' experience in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Retail industries Supply Chain Improvement or consultingConsulting background (4+ years of experience)High level of experience on Supply Planning, IBP processes, Planning tools, Supply planning, planning in SAP ECC and BIChange management: ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal relationship skills and communicator, able to listen,able to handle team tensionsStress resistance, flexible, problem solving attitudeProject Management skillsSeen by others as credible, trustworthy, and open to new ideasFocused on resultsGood problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendationsStrong desire to challenge and improve status-quoFluent in EnglishIf this challenge matches your profile and want to join an international, successful and human-centric company, then we would love to meet you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
