Orion Animal Health and Inovet are setting up a Business Process Analysis (BPA) Team, coordinated by the IT Manager (France / Belgium). The team will play a crucial role in streamlining business processes that are in line with the strategic goals. The team strives to standardize processes that are or will be adopted by all colleagues across the organization, to ensure consistency and efficiency.For this team, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst, with a specific focus on processes related to finance and sales, and an in-depth knowledge of D365 (ERP). As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing business processes and act as a D365 expert within the company.Your 6 main challenges:Analyze and map existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.Prioritize different improvements, and implement in the correct system (e.g. D365, Power BI, …).Implement new procedures, and train employees to adopt the new processes and follow up if they need help.Streamline master data management to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.Monitor the performance of processes by collecting and analyzing data, and report to all relevant stakeholders.Stay informed about the latest developments in business processes and ERP systems.This Business Process Analyst role is based in Arendonk, Belgium.
