Your responsibilities Become an expert in our business in order to understand all the drivers of our performance. Work closely with the central Data team in order to create new reportings to measure performance and help the business take data-driven decisions. Make the best use of existing data by developing new analysis focused on: customer funnel, segmentation, user behaviour, performance drill down, marketing campaign results, etc. Develop a performance matrix to assess the impact of external factors on our results. Support our young department in the definition of standards and templates, automation of our processes, and overall continuous improvement. Evaluation and creation of scenarios analyses and business cases to assess the potential of future partnerships and commercial offers. Participate in the animation of the new mobility services within all countries to ensure alignment, brainstorming and knowledge sharing. Your background Educated to Bachelor degree or higher in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an analytical role in professional environment, such as Corporate Development, Consulting, Controlling, or a start-up. Experience working in an international environment. We appreciate if you have experience with marketplaces or the mobility industry (job or university project). Your skills You are very organised, with a high attention to detail and ability to work independently. Sense of initiative in identifying project opportunities, taking ownership and delivering them on a professional basis in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with handling and presenting data. Good communication skills, ability to evolve in an international context, and to contribute to cross-functional projects. You are experienced in using Excel and PowerPoint (or their Google Suite equivalents). You have basic SQL and Data visualisation skills.
