Business Manager Junior We are looking for a Business Manager Junior for managing the day-to-day business operations, developing and maintaining client relationships. The role focuses on client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities for the firm. This position requires a strong understanding of the consulting industry and the ability to manage client engagements effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, managing expectations, and addressing any issues. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in pitches to secure new clients. Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms of engagement with clients to ensure mutual value and alignment with Capgemini's objectives. Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies, fostering collaboration across departments. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a business-related role. Consultancy and/or Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of the consulting or engineering industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices. English: C1 proficiency. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail in problem-solving and data analysis. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting reports. Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and willing to work with others. Business Acumen: A strong interest in understanding various aspects of business operations and strategy.
