As a Business Development Manager, you will be working on generating and converting leads on various channels into long-lasting Hive customers.Responsibilities:Deliver substantial value to potential clients by understanding their operating market, probing into their specific needs and challenges, and tailoring solutions accordingly.Serve as a proactive Hive ambassador, establishing connections with D2C brands in Spain via emails, referrals, in-person events, and more.Tirelessly research e-commerce trends, news, and opportunities for Hive to grow in the market, both by joining events and conducting detailed research online.Bring customer knowledge directly and cleanly from calls to our internal teams to enhance customer-centricity and shape solutions that improve their operational setup.Close complex deals through a solution-driven sales approach, identifying pain points, and coming up with solutions that enhance their operational setup.Identify business prospects by nurturing value-centric relationships with key stakeholders.Represent Hive on the phone or in video chats, and at events, trade fairs, and other networking drinks.Challenge the Spanish market growth & expansion processes.Your ProfileWe know - sometimes, you can't tick every box.
