About the role
The European Sales Team are recruiting for a passionate and motivated Business Development Executive to join the team in Spain. This is a field-based position with regular travel to customer sites and ad hoc travel to our offices as required. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating and managing a consistent sales pipeline to drive the acquisition of new customers, whilst striving to expand our partnerships with automotive dealers, dealer groups, and OEMs across the Spanish region. You will support the 360 sales cycle for a variety of CitNOW Group products, collaborating closely with the Head of Sales, Spain to close new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Create and manage an active pipeline of leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
Work to team and individual new business ARR targets.
Provide detailed and enthusiastic demonstrations of all CitNOW Group products to potential and existing customers, online and onsite.
Work closely with the Head of Sales, Spain to support the acquisition of new customers and expand our partnerships with automotive dealers, dealer groups, and OEMs.
Partner with the European Customer Success Team to identify opportunities with existing customers and plan a sales approach.
Collaborate closely with the Group Marketing Team to create tailored and effective campaigns for the region.
Accurately report to the Head of Sales, Spain on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Conduct webinars for dealers to showcase CitNOW Group products.
Representing the company at industry events and functions.
Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships with existing customers.
Collaborate with other sales colleagues to continue the development of best practices and new prospecting techniques.
We are looking for:
Software sales experience.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
Previous experience in the Automotive industry is desirable.
Excellent telephone skills and a confident communicator.
Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Awareness and experience of MEDDPICC sales methodology is beneficial.
Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach.
