Established in 2000 we have an international team of over 100+ professionals across several European regions, US, and APAC.TasksWhy are you seeing this vacancy?We are currently looking to grow our team by adding a brand-new BDM to strengthen our presence in the Nordics – preferably based in the Valencia or Barcelona area but do not worry, we also facilitate remote working, and we will make you feel part of the multicultural Aexus community by staying connected.Role descriptionAs BDM at Aexus, you are responsible for the introduction of 3 highly innovative software technology solutions across the Nordic market.You will be working on new business activities together with your SaaS partners at a strategic level starting from:Defining a joint go-to-market strategy and business planning.Initiating and managing multi-level sales processes, from initial contact to closure.You will be responsible for developing relationships with the partner and potential prospects.As BDM you will guide the partner in identifying verticals, ICP, developing the proposition and positioning it on the market.In this process you will be assisted by your Sales Manager and the Inside Sales Support team.RequirementsA completed bachelor's degree in business or similar.3+ years of professional experience in a B2B full sales cycle role, preferably in the tech / SaaS space.A solid understanding and familiarity of/with the Danish or/and Finnish market and business culture.Experience with online prospecting and lead generation, strategic cold-calling, and most of all, you enjoy the hunting process and deal closing.Excellent interpersonal skills and native-like communication skills in English (written and verbal).You are goal-oriented, (sales) driven, organized, and highly motivated to succeed.A creative thinker with an affinity for innovative and disruptive technology.A true self-starter that can operate independently and can be a trusted team member.BenefitsWhat we offerThe possibility to make a meaningful impact for high-growth technology companies from around the world.An autonomous working environment and the freedom to structure your work in a way that suits you and your (business)partners.Open organization where your improvement ideas and suggestions are not only heard but highly desired.Short lines of communication within the organization towards colleagues and the top management
