In this role as an "Applications Access Manager", you will be part of the "Application Management" team within Group Investment Management. You will act as Authorization Specialist for all the investment applications within IAA. You will also get the opportunity to develop your skillset to become overall "Application Owner" to ensure that the state-of-the-art infrastructure/applications/tools are provided to business with higher quality of service without interruption.
Your role
As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:
To create, maintain authorization concept for all IAA application according to agreed Target-operating-model.
To act as SOX control owner for Authorization topics of investment applications.
To actively participate and co-ordinate the audit review conducted by internal/external auditors on investment applications on IT-Controls.
To perform/support the authorization review of investment applications.
To perform "internal quality control review" in area of "access management" of "application/systems/tools"
To design and document the applicable access management related controls for newly developed tools/applications.
To act as "Subject Matter expert" for "Access Management" relevant topics in Projects and initiatives.
To approve all the access requests of investment applications
To improve the usage of SAP GRC application and conduct GRC trainings.
To deputize IAA test and release manager and other roles in a team.
To provide support for tactical & strategic development of the IAA infrastructure and Services
To provide support for project to BAU handover for Operational readiness.
To support with documentation of OLA/SLA for all IAA applications with relevant service provider (including IT) and improve collaboration with them.
To identify and mitigate new operational risks, especially in area of application/systems.
To improve and automate the existing process using latest innovative technologies.
To measure end-to-end BAU/project Authorization service delivery by implementing useful KPIs
Your Skills and Experience
As a Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor/master's degree in computer science/Finance or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of IT-experience is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of SAP FSCM and SAP GRC is an advantage.
Proven ability to lead and work independently in a multi-cultural environment and facilitating workshops
Strong Communication skills in written and spoken English are mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with Clients/Service-providers.
Experience in area of Application Management is an advantage.
Having experience in Finance is an advantage.
Experience with JIRA or any other incident management tool is highly desirable.
