Data Management Mission: Within Finance Shared Services you will join the Data Governance team composed of highly motivated data specialists and focused on following 3 main missions:
Drive the design of the functional data model (in particular: Client, Product, etc) with an optimal balance between process efficiency, BU specificities vs. Core model, business model evolutions and company reporting requirements.Define and implement a data governance framework where principles, policies, roles and responsibilities for data stakeholders are defined and contribute to maximize business outcomes, operational efficiency, data quality and access to insights.Operate data governance performing key actions such as keeping critical data dictionary and their ownership up to date, producing regular data quality scorecards and coordinating cleaning actions.What you will do:
Partner with PMO, Product, R&D, Data Stewarts, IT and Lead to Cash process owners in order to facilitate the understanding of the data model and identify its limitations.During projects, propose data model evolutions and control that answer to new business use cases and pain points.Ensure that functional data model documentation remains up to date and facilitate the documentation of our data catalog.Review technical design proposed by IT Product Owner and Dev lead as well as the roll-out and initialization plan.Design, follow implementation and tests of:Enterprise master data main reporting dimensions (such as client, product, revenue, etc).Data consistency reports developed to ensure a high level of data quality on our key processes.Who you are:
MS degree in Engineering or Business.3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Model Analyst, Architect, Product Owner or Designer in software development.Professional experience in data modeling (UML,...) in functional domain like CRM and Billing.You demonstrate a high interest in BI and Data such as:Understanding of database modeling.Good knowledge of SQL and Python.Good listening skills and able to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.Organized and convinced of the value of good documentation.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.Good communication skillset.Fluent in English.At Criteo, we are committed to creating an environment where all Criteos feel a sense of belonging.
