Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the consumer services industry.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Utilize your native Bulgarian language skills to communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for recruitment.
Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their suitability for roles.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet placement targets and business objectives.
Requirements Fluency in Bulgarian, both written and spoken, is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate sourcing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
