Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.ABOUT THIS ROLEReporting to the Chief Dealer, you will need to be an expert in all FX Risk management tools including Spot and Forward. The Dealer's key duty is to manage the day-to-day requirements of a portfolio of corporate trading clients, whilst operating alongside the function of the Spanish Corporate FX dealing team. You will ensure foreign exchange contracts are dealt properly, and will answer and solve all client queries in a timely and professional manner.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESReview, build and position FX trading strategies with corporate clients from varied industries.Work with the Chief Dealer to ensure effective implementation of desk initiatives.Consistently and actively call clients and answer emails.Maintain up-to-date records of client activities and requirements within the company's internal systems.Build relationships with customers, affiliates, and other internal stakeholders.Ensure all customer onboarding is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and XE policies and procedures.Ensure training provided is implemented.Manage retention levels at the expected and targeted position.Manage all client complaints in a professional manner, escalating where needed.POSITION REQUIREMENTSAt least 4 years experience in an FX sales and/or dealing position, in a very senior business development or FX relationship management role.Previous experience working in an FX Broker or commercial bank dealing for corporate clients.In-depth comprehension of the FX market.Extensive technical knowledge in financial instruments.Familiarity with compliance requirements.An academic background in business or finance.Proficient in mechanics of all risk management tools with at least 4 years' experience in an FX sales and/or dealing role, building FX trading strategies with corporate clients.Relevant qualification for certification to enable selling of Structured FX Options (derivatives); CISI Level 3 Certificate in Securities and Level 3 Certificate in Derivatives (Level 4 Diploma in Investment Advice desirable but not essential).Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build lasting relationships with clients to drive results.Engaged and uses initiative to assist with improving business processes and productivity.Strong numeric skills.Relationship management, customer service skills and sales tenacity.Monitoring of financial markets.Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail
