KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Field Training (both our BAs and ECI's staff):
Content creation (translating and adapting the international resources, to ensure a qualitative and effective sales speech, organizing and giving the training sessions both in person and online across Spain in +75 POS)
Field Supervision & sales support:
Weekly and monthly visits to our POS, to support sales during peak seasons, and ensure the brand guidelines and campaign assets are always correctly implemented, in terms of both the merchandising guidelines and BA's grooming & sales speech.
Report to Sales any operational issues regarding stock and traffic management, as well as the overall customer experience in the POS. These visits are also the opportunity to build the relationship with the ECI field managers, and ensure more agile operations afterwards (or even advantages in terms of being considered for second placements, local events, etc.)
Customer Events Management (cabinas, masterclasses and other events): Supervising the organisation and implementation of multiple (and often simultaneous) local events in partnership with the Sales team, ensuring a correct stock and overall logistics management, and attending them when possible; to drive the adoption of the techno beauty category amongst ECI's VIP customers.
Competitor Analysis: conducting "mystery shopper" visits to other ECI players and retailers.
All other activities according to the Supervisor's request in behalf of job position requirements.
Retail Sales strategy:
Main link between the ECI BDS and the field (defining monthly sales targets, and other strategic guidelines in terms of growth, KPIs, product launches, etc.; and proposing tactical changes or local initiatives in the short and medium term to achieve these goals).
