What You Will Do At Kenvue, we are looking to replace a maternity leave between December 2024 and May 2025. Working within the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio, communication strategy, and digital acceleration for some of the brands across the cluster (Naturals & Cough). You will be responsible for the market and business performance for a portfolio of leading brands within Southern Europe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Full accountability to deliver 3-year Operational Plan NTS/share targets.Driving the growth of the portfolio of brands across the Southern Europe Cluster.Experience developing and activating content & communication plans and a deep understanding of customer requirements.Work in close partnership with the Franchise teams and country brand activation teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution on key initiatives.Provide leadership and direction to other functions on the development and deployment of key initiatives.Active involvement in Cluster Cough & Cold Squads.Lead local communications and participate in media planning for the South Europe Cluster countries.Engage with agencies for compliant, efficient, effective, and timely adaptation/development of assets.Partner with e-commerce, pharmacy, and professional teams to accelerate brand growth.Tracking by cluster/market of KPIs – NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV.Demonstrates excitement, passion, and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition, and impactful claims.Ensure that all regulatory and quality processes are deployed and implemented per approved procedures.What We Are Looking For Specific Requirements: Strong Business, Financial & digital acumen.Excellent communication and strong influencing skills.Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style.Sharp analytical skills and self-directed decision-making.Able to analyze data quickly and infer insights.Ability to manage complexity and perform effectively in a matrixed organization.Strategic thinking with a drive for action.Proactive and results-driven.Commercial understanding of P&L and financials.Creates a sense of urgency to meet objectives.English proficiency is mandatory; other languages are a plus.MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Essential Knowledge and Skills: College/University Degree in Business Administration, Publicity, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy.MBA or Marketing Master is a plus.2-3 years of experience in consumer healthcare and/or goods marketing.Previous experience in the FCMG/consumer health business is advantageous.Knowledge of Kenvue's business processes and market environment in Southern Europe is advantageous.What's In It For You: Private Medical insuranceCanteenPension planEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
