Job Description: We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
We need a strong Recruiter with a working knowledge of the local Spanish market, experienced in recruiting for different positions within the IT sector.
Key Accountabilities:Leading the end-to-end recruitment processPosting roles on various career sites and social networksEnsuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely mannerFacilitating the interview and selection processConsulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and prioritiesIdentifying process improvements and managing client expectationsProducing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updatedDelivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team goalsQualifications:2 years of experience in the selection of IT profiles, mainly development, systems, cybersecurity, Big Data, etc.Communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of employment portals.Professional with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, very good organizational, analytical and presentation skills are required.Fluent in Spanish.B2 level of spoken and written English.Immediate start.We offer:Incorporation into a stable project, in an international environment, within a team and with an excellent work environment.International environment with growth potential.Early finishes on Fridays and in the months of July and August.Remote working 4 days a week.Additional Information: See what it's like to work at AGS by searching #LifeAtAGS on any social network.
