Leisure events, Christmas dinner and summer party are waiting for you!What You'll Bring:Over 3 years of experience working in SharePoint projects as a developer or administrator, delivering SharePoint tools, reports, and workflows from scratch.Experience with: Power Apps (Canvas + Model-driven apps), Power Automate, MS Graph, Portals, web apps.Experience working in an Agile environment.Experience working in row level security.Knowledge of technologies in Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services...) and Power Shell is a plus.Knowledge in languages such as JSON, CSS, Typescript and HTML will be highly valuable.Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into development plans.English fluency (at least high B2), enough to work in an international environment.Proactivity, dynamism, and eagerness to learn new technical skills and find resourceful solutions to complex problems.Experience in presales processes is a plus.What You'll Do:Develop and implement automation features to streamline and enhance SharePoint sites and workflows via Microsoft's Power Platform Applications (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and develop new sites, pages, and workflows in iterative cycles (sprints).Gather requirements from end-users and creating documentation (test plans, wireframes, requirements documents, etc.).Develop project plans, user guides and training materials to facilitate customer understanding and adoption.Implement and maintain site permissions structure, site navigation structure and document management systems.Conduct assessments of current-state customer SharePoint environments to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvements.Find out more about our ERNI Software Delivery CenterAt ERNI we believe in the impact of Swiss Software Engineering to create customers value.
