About the Company:The successful candidate will join 3PBiovian, in Navarra Spain, as a Biological Technician reporting to the Head of Biological Laboratory in collaboration with other QC technicians and analysts.About the Role:The candidate will be expected to lead small teams in the development of analytical methods, specific for both client projects and for platform establishment, to ensure the biomolecules manufactured at 3PBiovian conform to GMP/regulatory expected criteria for quality attributes.Assessment criteria:A minimum of two years working experience in biopharmaceutical and/or pharmaceuticals industry.Management of the Biological laboratory.Development, laboratory supervision, document review and validation of microbiological (Bioburden, endotoxins, analysis of water for injection, environmental monitoring) analytical methods (SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Determination of total protein concentration, ELISA, qPCR, control of water plant for injectables, etc).Writing protocols and validation reports.Writing protocols and stability reports.Writing protocols and reports of analytical method transfers.Elaboration and revision of Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).Management of corrective actions, deviations, change controls, release of materials, out-of-specification results, risk management, etc.Experience in performing analysis of proteins with standard biochemical and biophysical techniques.Familiarity with recombinant proteins, mAbs, Biosimilar, ADCs.Familiar with Pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.Requirements:Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or Chemistry.Postgraduate training.Experience within regulated environments for performance of quality control.Development, transfers and validation of Analytical methods.Knowledge of molecular biology techniques specific to the characterization of proteins and microbiology techniques.Other requirements:Fluent in English.Willing to relocate to Northern Spain.We offer:A permanent and stable position in a competitive growing company.A competitive time off package.Additionally, you will have an extra day off on the 23rd of December.Competitive salary due to academic training and previous experience.Flexible compensation plan, allowing all employees to allocate up to 30% of their gross annual salary to daily services exempt from income taxes (childcare, health insurance, training, etc.).Company benefits club, which allows 3P employees to obtain exclusive prices and discounts on a multitude of products and services (Booking, Fnac, Rituals, El Corte Inglés, etc.).3PBio is committed to the continuous, updated and personalized improvement of our personnel's learning.All new hires who reside outside of Navarra are provided with a relocation service and/or assistance.The company continues to focus on internal talent and stable employment, offering opportunities for professional growth and opting for an environment of trust.#J-18808-Ljbffr
