Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates.
Responsibilities: Work with the global KYC team on ongoing KYC assessments, assisting with compliance review, internal audit reviews, and ongoing or ad hoc customer data reviews.
Assess compliance vendors' quality standards.
Ensure that all tasks performed are in line with the set processes and procedures related to anti-money laundering and KYC flow.
Address internal and external KYC and CDD inquiries promptly.
Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues related to KYC controls.
Be proactive in suggesting improvements to workflows, procedures, and processes.
Perform any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements.
Requirements: Related experience or studies in Legal or Compliance matters.
Mandatory English knowledge + one other language required between French, Italian, Spanish, to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
An undergraduate degree level.
Good IT knowledge and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
Knowledge of provisions of local laws, Directives, Regulations, and otherwise standards applicable to subject persons, and knowledge of regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plus.
