The Customer Care Field Manager (f/m/d) will oversee and inspire a workforce with direct service teams in Spain. The individual will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Engineers. The Regional Service Manager will supervise service, repair, and/or installation of products or solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. They will diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution, escalating complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system. The role may involve developing new customer service/product agreements and responding to customer support calls within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will drive results through exceptional leadership skills, championing a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on reaching optimum performance on both an individual and team basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing support to customers according to contract specifications and priorities.Driving the team with business priorities in mind.Maintaining, optimizing, and improving service KPIs in the central service region.Implementing device installations and collaborating on complex large-scale automation projects.Building and developing a high-performance team with a focus on effective change management and recruiting top talent.Embracing Danaher core values and leading the team towards achieving company growth objectives through a metrics-driven, continuous improvement culture.Advocating for customer interests, building brand awareness, and representing the organization in various official occasions and customer engagements.The essential requirements of the job include:
A degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.Experience in employee management and excellent leadership skills.Good technical knowledge.High level of customer orientation and strong service mentality, along with persuasiveness and motivation.Substantial experience within a complex organization in a high technology and medical product/service sector.Language skills: Spanish and English.Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate, with availability to travel 25% of the time.At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
