Join the #TeamNordex**Becario/a en Recursos Humanos (M/F/d)**:- REQUISITION ID: 7491- LOCATION: Tracasa, ES, 31621- DEPARTMENT: People & Culture (HR)**TUS FUNCIONES**:- Apoyo en el servicio al cliente interno para el área de Compras.- Apoyo en proceso de Onboarding y altas de las nuevas incorporaciones.- Atención de Empleados del área de Global Sourcing (solicitudes, permisos, licencias ).- Control de incidencias en la gestión de presencia y fichajes.- Soporte en Gestión de cambios organizativos.- Apoyo en Compass Dialog y Compass Conferences.- Apoyo en control de Budget.- Informes y Reportes.- Apoyo puntual en implantación Learning Management Systems (SAP).- Apoyo en subvenciones de formación.**TU PERFIL**:- Grado en Derecho/LADE/Relaciones Laborales/Psicología.- Para optar a la beca será necesario que no hayan pasado más de 3 años desde la finalización de la carrera o Máster ni haber participado anteriormente en otra beca.- Valorables conocimientos ligados a RRHH.- Inglés alto valorable.- Perfil resolutivo y al detalle, así como elevada calidad de servicio.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
