The Beach Club Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining the facilities, and coordinating events. This role requires a blend of hospitality expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the beach club, ensuring all facilities and services are functioning efficiently. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the beach club. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless operations. Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. Develop and implement service standards and training programs for staff. Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage beach club staff, including lifeguards, servers, bartenders, and attendants. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and high performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development for staff. Event Coordination: Plan and oversee beach club events, including private parties, corporate functions, and special themed events. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract guests. Ensure all events are executed smoothly and meet the high standards of the resort. Financial Management: Develop and manage the beach club budget, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor revenue and expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management. Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies to drive traffic to the beach club. Manage social media presence and other marketing channels to engage with guests and promote events. Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance the beach club's profile and attract new guests. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with local health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for staff.Requisitos : Proven experience as a Beach Club Manager, Pool Manager, or in a similar hospitality management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
