Backend Engineer

We are seeking an adept backend developer proficient in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and AWS technologies. Expertise in fin-tech, trading, or cryptocurrencies is highly desirable. Our tech stack includes Go, Ruby, Rails, Sidekiq, Redis, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, DynamoDB, and various AWS services.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails developmentStrong understanding of PostgreSQLFamiliarity with AWS serverless services (Lambda, DynamoDB)Experience with at least one key-value store (Redis/Memcached/etc.)Adherence to best practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, refactoring, and code standardsAbility to design robust, scalable, and secure featuresExcellent communication skills (both online and in-person)Integration experience with external API services Responsibilities:

Develop modular and scalable codebaseImplement new trading algorithms and featuresAddress high-load and security-related challengesEnsure code quality and performance Would Be a Plus:
