What we are looking for: The incoming Back-end Developer will have the opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art technology stack – Spring, GitLab, Kubernetes, Azure Blobstorage, ApiGee, Solr, among others – in an informal, agile, and technology-focused work environment.
You will be given ownership over your work and will be at the forefront of technical design and decision-making.
Role Description: Developing and maintaining the backend side of our constantly evolving eCommerce web platform to support our online catalog and process our customers' transactions in over 55 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities: Create automated software tests and documentation.
Coordinate and align requirements with the product owners and stakeholders.
Support and collaborate with a distributed agile team (Spain, Germany, and Lithuania).
Requirements: Degree in information technology or similar.
3+ years of related professional experience.
Practical experience coding monolithic backend and REST APIs with Java and Spring.
Ability to work in an international and diverse team with good communication skills.
Independent and structured way of working with holistic thinking.
Good written and spoken English skills, as you will need to speak English daily, including technical vocabulary and the ability to express complex circumstances.
Spanish, German, and Lithuanian language skills are valued but not required.
Project experience with current frameworks and technologies such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Resilience4J, SwaggerUI, GraphQL, Docker, and GitLab is a really nice plus!
